上海吴泾热电厂八期2X600MW工程施工组织总设计.doc

一、概述
上海吴泾热电厂八期工程建设是为适应国家“九五”规划，配合上海经济发展速度的上
海市重大基础设施工程，建设规模按4×600MW 燃煤发电机组规划，本期建设两台国产亚
临引进型燃煤机组。国家计委于1994 年9 月28 日批准工程项目建议书，1997 年12 月30
日批复可行性研究报告，1998 年10 月14 日被批准为新开工项目。
上级要求第一台机组计划工期42 个月投产，第二台机组间隔11 个月投产。
吴泾热电厂八期工程的建设，不仅能缓解上海地区缺电状况，也标志着上海大型电站的
设计、制造、安装、调试步上了一个新的台阶。该工程的参建单位如下：

调试单位： 上海电力建设启动调整试验所
