1.编制依据及说明
根据湖北省电力公司城网改造招标工作组《110KV 南湖变电站工程施工招标文件》的要求和部分初步设计图纸及我公司多年的变电站安装经验,
我们编制了本施工组织总设计,作为 110KV 南湖变电站安装工程投标文件之一。
1.1 编制依据

1.2 编制说明
(1)本安装施工组织总设计是依据上述现有资料和我公司建设同类型变电
站的经验编制的,如有与本工程实际情况不一致的地方,我们将随时对
施工组织总设计进行修改和补充,以达到切实指导施工的目的。
(2)本安装施工组织总设计作为 110KV 南湖变电站工程投标文件之一,与我公司编制的其它文件一起组成完整的投标文件。
2.工程概况与工作量
2.1 工程概况
(1)110KV 南湖变电站位于荆州市沙市区南湖路西侧,变电所总占地面积1830 平方米,建筑面积 1329 平方米。变压器室层高 12.5M,110KV 配电室层高 11M,总建筑高度 16.6M。结构采用框架结构,地震设防烈度为六度。
(2)本变电所 110KV 采用外桥接线,110KV 出线 4 回,本期完成 3 回,两回110KV 线路保护均采用微机保护,10KV 出线规模终期 20 回,本期 12 回,主变压器容量终期 2*40MW,本期 40MW。另有西区变间隔扩建出线间隔一个。
(3)本工程主变压器为 SFZ-40000/110KV 国产节能型三相双卷有载调压变压器;110KV 母线断路器采用 LW6-126C/3150 型手车式六氟化硫断路器;10KV 母线主变进线和分断断路器为 VS1-10/3150A 真空手车开关;出线断路器为 VS1-10/630A 真空手车开关。

We developed the design of the construction organization, as the installation of 110KV Substation South Lake one of the tender documents.

2. Engineering in workload
2.1 Project Overview
(1) 110KV substation is located in Jingzhou City, South Lake South Lake Road, Shashi District, west of substation covers an area of 1830 square meters, construction area of 1329 square meters. Transformer room storey 12.5M, 110KV power distribution room storey 11M, total building height of 16.6M. Structure using frame structure, seismic fortification intensity degrees.
(2) 110KV substation with external bridge connection, 110KV outlet 4 back 3 times to complete the current period, the two back to 110KV transmission line protection are the use of computer protection, 10KV outlet end of the scale of 20 back, 12 back to this issue, the main transformer capacity end of 2 * 40MW, current 40MW. Another Western a variable interval interval extension outlet.
(3) The project main transformer for the SFZ-40000/110KV domestic energy-saving three-phase two-volume load tap; 110KV bus circuit breaker type with LW6-126C/3150 Type Wooden sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker; 10KV bus master variable inlet line and breaking the vacuum circuit breaker for the VS1-10/3150A Wheelbarrow Switch; outlet breaker switch for the VS1-10/630A vacuum handcarts.
