一、整体评价：
    220千伏汝辛堤头变电站工程主变压器，断路器、隔离开关等一次设备安装、试验技术指标满足相关规范及设计要求；监控系统、继电保护等二次设备安装、调试合格，满足相关规范及设计要求；后台信息齐全、正确；通信系统畅通；所用交直流电源可靠，220千伏电能平衡误差符合要求，测量表计正确；投运以来，基本无设备缺陷，全站电气设备运行正常。
二、扣分情况

1、6.5项：关口表校验合格证未归档。             扣0.5分 
2、6.10项：110千伏、10千伏电能平衡
