1 方格网布设及沉降观测方案
1.1 方格网布置:
根据厂区总平面布置图、厂区地下设施布置图和施工总平面布置图,确定平面及高程控制桩的布设图。布设原则遵循从高级到低级、从整体到局部的原则。要求相邻点通视良好,视线离开障碍物一定距离,并便于扩展和加密。定出主厂房的主轴线,根据这些主轴线建立主厂房轴线控制网。高程控制网分两级,首先沿厂区方格网点布设二等水准网,作为整个施工场地的高程控制网,然后根据厂区高程控制网布设主房高程控制点。布设时还要考虑新老厂房的连接,并测出#1、#2机厂房相关数据,供施工时加以调整,以保证新老厂房平面和竖向的一致性和连接精度。
1.2 方格网桩位埋设:
桩的形式为400×400现浇钢筋混凝土桩,桩位埋设深度80cm,桩顶埋设200×200的不锈钢标志板,上焊φ10不锈钢半球,桩位埋设完毕后四周用脚手管围栏加以保护。
1.3 仪器:
方格网采用瑞士雷卡TC—1800(2mm+2ppm,1.5")智能型全站仪(此仪器是我公司唯一拥有目前国内施工单位最先进的仪器)进行测设,测设精度为边长ms≤s/40000,测角精度mβ≤±⒉5″。高程控制网的测设采用德国FG005A精密水准仪配铟瓦水准尺按二等水准测量规范实施,平差后的
