（一）住宅电气设备设计标准 DBJ08—20--98规定每户的电气设备应符合如下标准：
    1．每套住宅进户处必须设嵌墙式住户配电箱。住户配电箱设置电源总开关，该开关能同时切断相线和中性线，且有断开标志。每套住宅应设电度表，电度表箱应分层集中嵌墙暗装设在公共部位。
    住户配电箱内的电源总开关应采用两极开关，总开关容量选择不能太大，也不能太小；要避免出现与分开关同时跳闸的现象。
