室内电气安装常见缺陷的防治

室内电气安装工程中，经常因为一些缺陷而影响施工质量，因此，对该类缺陷的预防处理，就显得尤为重要。
一、塑料管线敷设
1、常见缺陷
接口不严密，有漏水、渗水现象；现浇板内配管时出现管、盒内漏浆、堵塞，造成剔凿混凝土的后果；煨弯处出现扁、凹、裂等。
2、缺陷原因
接口处渗水是因为接口处未加套；管或承插口做得太短，又未涂粘结剂，只用黑胶布或塑料带包缠，而未按规程施工。PVC管煨弯时未加热或加热不均匀，造成管路扁、凹、裂现象。
