配电箱安装施工要点

（1）设备要求
1）柜（盘）本体外观检查应无损伤及变形，油漆完整无损。柜（盘）内部检查：电器装置及元件、绝缘瓷件齐全，无损伤、裂纹等缺陷。
2）安装前应核对配电箱编号是否与安装位置相符，按设计图纸检查其箱号、箱内回路号。箱门接地应采用软铜编织线，专用接线端子。箱内接线应整齐，满足设计要求及验收规范（GB50303-2002）的规定。
（2）作业条件
配电箱安装场所土建应具备内粉刷完成、门窗已装好的基本条件。预埋管道及预埋件均应清理好；场地具备运输条件，保持道路平整畅通。
（3）配电箱定位：根据设计要求现场确定配电箱位置以及现场实际设备安装情况，按照箱的外形尺寸进行弹线定位。
（4）基础型钢安装
1）按图纸要求预制加工基础型钢架，并做好防腐处理，按施工图纸所标位置，将预制好的基础型钢架放在预留铁件上，找平、找正后将基础型钢架、预埋铁
