18 接闪器安装
18.1 总则
18.1.1 适用范围
本章适用于建筑物避雷针、避雷网(带)等接闪器制作安装工程。
18.1.2 编制参考标准及规范
(1)《建筑电气工程施工质量验收规范》(GB 50303-2002);
(2)《建筑设备安装分项工程施工工艺标准》(北京建工集团总公司编);
(3)《建筑物防雷设施安装》99D562;
(4)《建筑物防雷设计规范》(GB 50057-94)(2000年局部修订)。
18.2 术语、符号
接闪器:接闪器是指用来接收雷电流的部分,其形式有避雷针、避雷网、避雷带等或其他金属构件。
18.3 基本规定
(1) 所有金属部件必须镀锌,操作时注意保护镀锌层。
(2) 采用镀锌钢管制作针尖,管壁厚度不得小于3mm,针尖涮锡长度不得小于70mm。
(3) 避雷针应垂直安装牢固,垂直度允许偏差为3/1000。
(4) 避雷线应平直、牢固,不应有高低起伏和弯曲现象,距离建筑物应一致,平直度每2m检查段允许偏差3/1000,全长不得超过10mm。
(5) 避雷线弯曲处不得小于90°,弯曲半径不得小于圆钢直径的10倍。
(6) 避雷线遇有变形缝应做煨弯补偿。
18.4 施工准备
18.4.1 技术准备
(1) 充分熟悉相关图纸及设计要求;
(2) 根据图纸要求准备相应施工图集等技术资料;
(3) 编制技术交底。
18.4.2 材料要求
(1) 品种规格
1) 主要材料:镀锌圆钢、镀锌角钢、镀锌钢管、镀锌扁钢及工厂生产的避雷针等。
2) 其他材料:镀锌螺栓、垫圈、弹簧垫圈、支架、电焊条
18 Jieshan Qi Installation
18.1 General
18.1.1 Scope

18.2 The terms, symbols
Jieshan Qi: Jieshan Qi is used to receive part of lightning current in the form of a lightning rod, lightning protection network, with such lightning or other metal.
18.3 Basic requirements
(1) All metal parts must be galvanized, zinc coating operation to protect.
(2) galvanized steel pipe production tip, the wall thickness of not less than 3mm, not less than the length of needle rinse tin 70mm.
(3) The lightning rod should be mounted vertically solid verticality tolerance of 3 / 1000.
(4) The grounding wire should be straight, strong, should not have ups and downs, and bending, the distance from the building should be consistent with flatness tolerances for each section of 2m Check 3 / 1000, length not more than 10mm.
(5) Lightning Conductor bend shall not be less than 90 °, bending radius of not less than 10 times the diameter of round steel.
(6) The grounding wire should be done in case of deformation joints bend simmer compensation.
18.4 Construction preparation
18.4.1 Technical Preparation
(1) fully familiar with drawing and design requirements;
(2) According to the Atlas of drawings and other construction requirements to prepare the corresponding technical information;
(3) preparation of technical disclosure.
18.4.2 material requirements

1) Main material: galvanized round steel, galvanized angle steel, galvanized steel, galvanized flat steel and factory production of lightning, etc..
2) Other materials: galvanized bolts, washers, spring washers, brackets, welding
