本工程是杭州农药总厂和AVENTIS公司合资投资的新型农药厂项目工程，本工程电气专业主要范围是从变电所到车间供配电系统，具体可分为动力配电、电气照明、防雷接地、电信等四大部分。根据该项目的具体特性，部分施工区域分为防爆、防腐工作环境。电气主要工程量如下：电缆桥架1080米，电缆（动力、照明、控制）40000米，配管2800米，照明灯、器具413套，动力盘16块，照明盘14块，接地线530米。
