根据国家计委《一九九二年工程建设标准制订、修订计划》（计综合[1992]490号）的要求，由我部会同有关单位共同制订的《城市排水工程规划规范》，经有关部门会审，批准为国家标准，编号为GB50138—2000，自2001年6月1日起施行。

本规范由我部负责管理，陕西省城乡规划设计研究院负责具体解释工作，建设部标准定额研究所组织中国建筑工业出版社出版发行。

本规范是根据国家计委计综合[1992］490号文件《一九九二年工程建设标准制订、修订计划》的要求，由建设部负责编制而成。经建设部2000年12月21日以建标[200]282号文批准发布。

Published national standards on "Urban Drainage Engineering Planning," the notice

Construction Standard [2000] No. 282

According to the State Planning Commission "in 1992 construction standard setting, the revised Scheme," (with Integrated [1992] No. 490), as requested by my Department in conjunction with the relevant authorities to formulate the "Urban Drainage Engineering Planning", by the relevant departments hearing, and approved as national standard, code GB50138-2000, since June 1, 2001 shall come into force.

Part I of this specification managed by the Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Urban and Rural Planning and Design work for specific explanation, the Ministry of Construction Standards Institute to organize the Chinese construction industry fixed Publishing House.

Foreword

This specification is based on the State Planning Committee Comprehensive [1992] No. 490 document "construction standards set in 1992, the revised Scheme" requirements, compiled by the Ministry of Construction is responsible.
