前言

根据国家计委计综合[1992] 490号文的要求，《城市排水工程规划规范》由建设部主编，具体由陕西省城乡规划设计研究院会同浙江省城乡规划设计研究院、大连市规划设计研究院、昆明市规划设计研究院等单位共同编制而成。经建设部2000年12月21日以建标[2000] 282号文批准发布。

Preface

According to the Comprehensive Planning Committee [1992] the requirements of article 490, "Urban Drainage Engineering Planning" edited by the Ministry of Construction, the concrete by the Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Urban Planning and Design in conjunction with Urban and Rural Planning Design Institute, Dalian City Planning and Design Hospital, Kunming City Planning and Design Institute and other units jointly compiled. The Ministry of Construction, December 21, 2000 in order to build standard [2000] No. 282, approved the text released.
