1、　施工排水系统排出的水，应输送至抽水影响半径范围以外，且不得破坏道路、河坡及其他构筑物，不得损害农田和影响交通。
2、　在施工排水过程中不得间断排水，并应对排水系统加强检查和维护。当构筑物未具备抗浮条件时，严禁停止排水。
3、　地质条件良好、土质均匀，且地下水位低于基坑底面高程，且挖方深度在5m以内边坡不加支撑时，边坡最陡坡度应符合下表的规定。
