工程名称：XX市XX酒店给排水安装工程。
建设单位：XX市XX酒店指挥部
设计单位：中华人民共和国XX集团XX钢铁设计研究院
工程规模：空调建筑总面积为51550平方米，地下室为两面层，为车库及设备用房；一层为商场、宾馆大堂及邮电营业大厅；二层为商场；三～九层为办公楼；十～十八层为公寓式写字楼；十九层为技术设备层；二十～二十八层为宾馆客房。主楼共二十八层，工程设计年限为50年。在一层门厅南向入口设有一个“八”字弧形斜坡道，建筑物内设有四台电梯、一台货梯，均为客梯兼消防电梯。
