广州市XXX污水处理厂是广州市政府制定的全市污水治理总体规划中的第一座大型城市污水处理厂，位于广州市西郊的XXX上，总占地面积为25公顷。第一期日处理规模15万m3/d于1989年投产，第二期日处理规模15万m3/d于1996年投产，占地面积约14公顷。采用A2/O生物脱氮除磷处理工艺，2000年进行处理能力3万m3/d的挖潜改造工程，总处理规模达到33万m3/d。三期工程是大坦沙污水处理厂一、二期工程的延续和拓展，处理规模是22万m3/d，处理后污水排放标准符合国家和广东省污水排放的一级出水标准，是广州市政府的
