【评语】本方案的工程概况和防水要求介绍的非常清楚，
防水卷材和混凝土刚性防水的施工方法编写的比较清晰、详细，
对材料质量控制要求明确，细部作法有图示。
不足之处是缺少环保和进度安排方面的措施，安全措施针
对性较差，质量控制措施不够全面，应更好的按照《地下防水
工程质量验收规范》 （GB50208-2002）的要求编写。另外，在
文字安排上，应将混凝土刚性防水施工部分放到卷材防水的后
面，质量安全措施放在最后。
本方案对地下防水工程施工具有一定的参考价值。
