一、 依据标准
GB50242——2002                《建筑给排水及采暖工程施工质量验收规范》
JC663——1997                     《陶瓷片密封水嘴》
QB/T1334——1998                《螺旋升降式水嘴》
二、 检测项目
出厂检验项目：
1、 陶瓷片密封水嘴
加工与装配、外观质量（4项）、使用性能（3项）；
2、 螺旋升降式水嘴
阀体强度、阀座密封性能、管螺纹精度等。
三、 组批与抽样规则
陶瓷片密封水嘴
以同品种、同等级的产品每200~1000件为一批，不足200件以一批计；
四、 判定规则
陶瓷片密封水嘴
出厂检验按GB2828的规定进行，采用特殊检验水平
