管沟防水为地下一级防水。由于管沟长期处于地下浸水环境中，故防水工程所用的材料为JS II型复合防水涂料，其是高分子材料以聚合物乳液和水泥为主要原料，加以各种添加剂制成的双组份水性建筑防水涂料。此次管沟的防水作业设计仅适用于南北向管沟及东西向约40m长管沟的防水工程。防水涂料作用范围为管沟顶板、侧墙和部分底板侧壁的迎水面，即在迎水面涂刷一层厚度为1.5mm的JS II型复合防水涂料。
