一、 施工准备阶段监理控制要点
1、施工单位必须具备相应专业资质，并应建立完善的质量管理体系和质量检验制度。监理尚应审核专职管理人员、特种作业人员资格证、上岗证。
2、审核承包单位报送的开工报审表、施工方案和施工组织设计报审表。
3、审核承包单位报送的施工测量成果及施工测量成果报验表。复查桩位、控制标高等，桩位允许偏差，群桩20mm，单桩10mm。
4、审核承包单位报送的进场工程材料质量证明资料和报审表，如为成品钢桩，应符合成品桩的质量标准表的规定
