北京新奥枫庭居住区别墅工程（第Ⅰ标段），工程建设规模28396.92平方米。该标段共计52栋独体别墅，为G1等12项（别墅编号：101-127，201-231），共12种户型。
本工程均为地下一层，地上两层，主体为全现浇抗震剪力墙结构，地下室为筏板箱型基础。墙体保温采用挤塑板外保温设计施工方案，工程抗震烈度按八度设防。
