1 目的
为预防或减少###############春晓气天群项目经理部（以下简称项经部）各类事故灾害，对因事故原因需要救援或撤离的人员提供援助并使其得到及时有效的治疗，将事故造成的人员伤害，财产损失以及对环境造成污染等减至最小，特制定本预案。
