1、配制材料的现场应有安全及防火措施，要遵守安全操作要求。
2、配制胶泥的稳定剂，有的是有毒粉末，应防止吸入鼻内。
3、配制、施工操作时，应戴手套、口罩、穿工作服等。
4、机械搅拌材料时，加料口及出料口要关严，传动部件加防护罩。
5、严禁操作人员在酒后进入施工现场作业。
6、每个工人进入施工现场都必须头戴安全帽。
7、班组如果因劳力不足需要再招新工人时，应事先向工地报告。
8、新工人进场后应先经过三级安全交底，并经考试合格后方可让其正式上岗。
9、新工人进场应具有四证，即：职业资质证、身份证、计划生育证和外来人口暂住证。
