高处作业安全制度
    1、总则
    为了加强高处作业安全管理，确保员工高处作业中的安全和健康，防止员工高处坠落伤害事故的发生，特制定本办法。
    2、适用范围
    本规定适用于公司所属单位员工高处作业的管理。
3、制定依据
本规定依据《工业安全卫生管理程序》、《建筑施工高处作业安全技术规范》JGJ80-91制定。
 4、职责
 4.1技术质量部负责本规定制、修定及高处作业的监督检查工作。
 4.2 各单位负责本单位的安全管理工作。
Working at height safety system
    1, General Provisions
    To strengthen safety management in high places to ensure that staff working in high security and health, to prevent employees falling from height injury accidents, formulated approach.
    2 Scope
    This provision applies to companies by the management unit staff work at heights.
3, to develop the basis
This provision was based on "industrial safety and health management program", "Construction work at heights safety specifications" JGJ80-91 development.
 4, duty
 4.1 Technology and Quality Department is responsible for the provision system, revised, and high supervision and inspection operations.
 4.2 units responsible for security management unit.
