高处作业安全制度
    1、总则
    为了加强高处作业安全管理，确保员工高处作业中的安全和健康，防止员工高处坠落伤害事故的发生，特制定本办法。
    2、适用范围
    本规定适用于公司所属单位员工高处作业的管理。
3、制定依据
本规定依据《工业安全卫生管理程序》、《建筑施工高处作业安全技术规范》JGJ80-91制定。
 4、职责
 4.1技术质量部负责本规定制、修定及高处作业的监督检查工作。
 4.2 各单位负责本单位的安全管理工作。
