1.个人防护：操作人员衣服要灵便，袖口、裤脚和腰要束紧，脚要穿软底鞋，头戴安全帽，上井架要佩安全带。
2.基座安装：基础要平整夯实，遇有松软地基，要铺条石或倒砼，并设置地脚螺栓，底座安装要平稳、牢固，并有排水措施。
