为了进一步贯彻“清洁文明，安全为先；绿色环境，健康生命；科学管理，持续提高”的方针，环境/安全生产管理，做到文明施工，切实做好施工现场噪声的控制，明确杭州公司（以下简称甲方）和项目部（以下简称乙方）的各自职责，对          项目部制定施工现场噪声控制责任如下：
一、甲方职责：
