安全文明施工措施

根据本工程特点，结合现场实际情况，针对本工程安全文明施工存在的不足，我项目部制定以下安全文明施工措施：
安全措施：
1、项目部成立以项目经理为组长的安全文明生产领导小组，负责安全生产管理工作。对参加施工的职工进行安全教育，制定可行的安全制度，竖立安全“日历牌”。工人上岗前，班组召开安全会，做好安全交底和记录。
