1. 工程创优管理
1.1. 为了实现工程施工合同规定的“达标投产、创优良样板工程”的质量目标,严格按照ISO9001:2000版标准和八项质量管理原则开展工程施工质量管理,确保工程施工质量管理工作能有章、有序、有效地实施,向业主交付满意的工程,特制订本建筑工程施工创优措施。
1.2. 在组织上成立达标创优领导小组及达标创优工作小组,全面负责和组织实施本工程施工创优工作:领导小组组长由项目经理担任,工作小组组长由工地总经理担任,以工程总包单位广东火电为龙头,各施工分包单位为主体,全员参与、全过程控制和全方位管理(组织网络图如下)。
