1.工程概况
本工程结构使用的钢筋有HPB235、PRB400两种规格钢筋。
钢筋工程是结构工程质量保证中的重要一环，施工过程中要把住材质、钢筋翻样及下料、焊接、机械连接、绑扎、锚固、搭接、保护层厚度的质量关和成品保护关，确保钢筋工程的质量。
2.施工准备
（1）做好钢筋施工的技术交底和钢筋翻样下料工作。
（2）根据施工进度计划组织钢筋进场，并要求钢材供应商随车提供钢材出厂合格证及数量。
（3）钢筋加工必须在规定的范围内进行，焊接人员必须经持证上岗。
（4）做好机械连接及焊接钢筋接头的试验工作，对于机械连接及焊接连接方式须经试验合格后方可在工程中投入使用。
