1. 工程概况
1.1 建筑及结构特点
本工程为奥运村地上工程,结构形式为框剪结构,工程楼板采用现浇钢筋混凝土梁板结构,局部肋梁式结构。本工程一层层高负二层6m,二层层高为5m,标准层层高3.5m,楼板厚度主要为220mm。框架梁截面尺寸分为500mm×750mm、500mm×800mm、500mm×900mm、400mm×750mm、500mm×700mm、400mm×700mm及500mm×1500mm等多种。框柱截面尺寸分为1000mm×1000mm、900mm×900mm、800mm×800mm、700mm×700mm、600mm×600mm及500mm×500mm等,柱距主要为9m×9m。核心筒主要剪力墙厚400mm和300mm等。工程地上建筑面积58921m2,总高度77.116m。
1.2 方案选择
模板工程是混凝土成型施工中最重要的组成部分,它的安装质量将直接关系到混凝土的质量和观感效果。本工程混凝土工程量较大,质量要求高(目标为鲁班奖),施工时将投入大量的梁、板模板。为了保证工程的质量和安全,并使混凝土的表面质量达到清水混凝土的质量要求,根据本工程的特点及施工经验,电梯核心筒采用定形钢大模,其余部位采用胶板木楞骨模板体系,

1.1 Building and structural characteristics
This project works for the Olympic Village on the ground, the structure in the form of frame structure, engineering floor with cast reinforced concrete floor structure, local ribbed structure. The project held two-story floor-storey 6m, two-story story is 5m, the standard layers of high-3.5m, the thickness of the main floor is 220mm. Frame size of beam section is divided into 500mm × 750mm, 500mm × 800mm, 500mm × 900mm, 400mm × 750mm, 500mm × 700mm, 400mm × 700mm and 500mm × 1500mm and so on. Box column section size divided 1000mm × 1000mm, 900mm × 900mm, 800mm × 800mm, 700mm × 700mm, 600mm × 600mm and 500mm × 500mm and so on, column spacing mainly 9m × 9m. Core wall thickness of 400mm and 300mm main wall, etc.. Works on the ground floor area of 58921m2, total height of 77.116m.
1.2 Selection
Template project is the construction of concrete forming the most important part of the quality of its installation will be directly related to the quality and perception of concrete results.
