1. 工程概况
1.1 建筑及结构特点
本工程为奥运村地上工程，结构形式为框剪结构，工程楼板采用现浇钢筋混凝土梁板结构，局部肋梁式结构。本工程一层层高负二层6m，二层层高为5m，标准层层高3.5m，楼板厚度主要为220mm。框架梁截面尺寸分为500mm×750mm、500mm×800mm、500mm×900mm、400mm×750mm、500mm×700mm、400mm×700mm及500mm×1500mm等多种。框柱截面尺寸分为1000mm×1000mm、900mm×900mm、800mm×800mm、700mm×700mm、600mm×600mm及500mm×500mm等，柱距主要为9m×9m。核心筒主要剪力墙厚400mm和300mm等。工程地上建筑面积58921m2，总高度77.116m。
1.2 方案选择
模板工程是混凝土成型施工中最重要的组成部分，它的安装质量将直接关系到混凝土的质量和观感效果。本工程混凝土工程量较大，质量要求高（目标为鲁班奖），施工时将投入大量的梁、板模板。为了保证工程的质量和安全，并使混凝土的表面质量达到清水混凝土的质量要求，根据本工程的特点及施工经验，电梯核心筒采用定形钢大模，其余部位采用胶板木楞骨模板体系，
