1.工程概况
第29届奥运会青岛国际帆船中心陆域建筑Ⅱ标段奥运村工程位于燕儿岛路1号，本工程裙房四层（局部一层），裙房以上托两个17层高层建筑和两个7层多层建筑共四个单体工程，地上一层层高6米，二层层高5米，三层及以上层高3.5m，地上建筑面积58921m2，含二层地下室总建筑面积为89296m2，两个17层建筑总高度为77.116米，两个7层建筑总高度为30.9米。
2.外脚手架搭设方案选择
根据本工程的特点，主要考虑在主体施工期间及装修阶段的安全防护，保证工程顺利进行，设计使用外脚手架的施工搭设方案：
裙房四周及主楼无裙房的部位采用落地式双排扣件式钢管脚手架搭设方案，两个17层高层施工过程中设两道悬挑外脚手架，分别从主楼6层顶和13层顶开始设置，两个7层建筑采用落地式双排脚手架。脚手架均为全封闭封圈形，以密目安全网在脚手架外排内侧封闭。脚手架内侧立杆离外墙面≤350㎜，立杆横向间距900㎜，纵向间距1800㎜，大横杆步距1800㎜，操作层1. Project Overview

2. External Scaffolding Selection
