1.工程概况
本工程结构使用的钢筋有HPB235、PRB400两种规格钢筋。
钢筋工程是结构工程质量保证中的重要一环,施工过程中要把住材质、钢筋翻样及下料、焊接、机械连接、绑扎、锚固、搭接、保护层厚度的质量关和成品保护关,确保钢筋工程的质量。
2.施工准备
(1)做好钢筋施工的技术交底和钢筋翻样下料工作。
(2)根据施工进度计划组织钢筋进场,并要求钢材供应商随车提供钢材出厂合格证及数量。
(3)钢筋加工必须在规定的范围内进行,焊接人员必须经持证上岗。
(4)做好机械连接及焊接钢筋接头的试验工作,对于机械连接及焊接连接方式须经试验合格后方可在工程中投入使用。
3.钢筋材质的检验、堆放
(1)材质

3. Reinforced materials testing, stacking
(1) Material

进场钢筋应两证一单齐全,钢筋上的标牌炉号应与材质报告单相符,钢筋表面或每捆(盘)钢筋均应有标识,钢筋表面不得有裂纹、折痕等现象。
力学性能试验:按现行国家标准的规定,由监理单位现场监督抽取试样作力学性能的试验,合格后方可使用。根据设计要求,纵向受力钢筋检验所得的强度实测值应符合下列要求:钢筋抗拉强度实测值与钢筋屈服强度实测值的比值不应小于1.25,钢筋的屈服强度实测值与钢筋的强度标准值的比值不应大于1.3,如实测结果超出以上范围则其超出率不应大于5%。
进场复试:钢筋复试批量:每批由同一牌号、同一炉罐号、同一规格和同一交货状态的钢筋不大于60吨为一批次。
