二、工程概况
北京××科研实验大楼工程位于北京市××区××路××号,地处三环以外。建筑场地面积1761m2首层面积1809m2,总建筑面积29052m2,分主楼和裙房(裙房主要为地下环形车道),主楼地下二层,地上十六层,结构形式为全现浇框架一简体结构。建筑物檐高59.65m,总高度为65.40m;室内外高差450mm,±0.000相当于绝对标高51.70m。
主楼:基础为平板筏基,埋深-10.75m,C15砼垫层100mm厚,底板1500mm厚。一层、二层、三层外轴线尺寸为41.16×43.96m,四至十六层外轴线尺寸为41.16×35.90m,内设四部电梯,两座楼梯。
裙房即地下环形车道,为旋转式坡道分上下层,共两座,坡度为I=9.12%,旋转外墙外半径10.46m,内墙内半径为5.74m,底板厚250mm,顶板厚250mm,墙厚260mm,出口设防倒塌棚架。
2.控制点的布置及施测
2.1  从场地的实际情况看,场地四周离建筑物在10m以上,故对布设控制点无影响。由于汽车坡道后期施工(待主体结构完工后)、南侧场地做临设及材料堆放用,所以南北向控制点集中布设在北侧原有混凝土地面上,南侧只布设远向复核控制点,施工场地不受影响,东西向控制点布设在西侧,东侧设复核控点。
2.2  布设的控制点均引向四周永久建筑物或马路上,且要求通视,采用正倒镜分中法投测轴线时或后视时均在观测范围之内。
2.3  根据甲方要求和测绘院提供的红线点形成四边形进行控制。
2.4  根据施工组织设计,对楼层进行网状控制,兼顾±0.000以上施工,设置控制轴线1、6轴,B(A轴用于地下)、F轴(G轴用于地下)及北侧汽车坡道过圆心的南北向、东西向为控制轴。
2.5  根据测绘院提供的BM1、BM2(西侧)及BM3(北侧)三点高程控制点数据(具体数据详见测绘成果资料)向建筑物四周引测固定高程控制
