根据现场场地及施工安排,基坑四周均采用放坡,坡度为1:0.2,边坡采用土钉墙锚喷支护。土方开挖采用机模大开挖,人工配合清除基底预留土层。机械挖土方量170136m3,人工挖土方量1925m3。
3.施工部署
根据隆水观测情况,满足开挖条件后,开始按由西向东的行走方向开挖。采用三台WY160型反铲挖土机,20辆翻斗运土车,一台汽车吊(人工清理基底土层时吊运基坑内土体),具体步骤如上:
4、操作工艺
4.1土方开挖工程
4.1.1先放好坡顶线、坡底线,经复测及验收合格后开妈开挖。
4.1.2机械挖土分三大步进行,第一步挖3.5m,第二步挖4.5m,第三部挖4.8m。预留20cm土层人工清理。(详见基坑开挖剖面图)
4.1.3第一步先挖去面层渣土层至自地坪下2m,自西向东进行,开挖时边坡预留20cm人工清理。再挖基坑中心基土至-3.5m,四周预留8m,做土钉墙锚杆施工的作业面,随挖土随修整喧坡,并进行边坡土钉墙施工(详见降水护坡方案)。待第一步土钉墙混凝土达到充许强度(通常在土钉墙混凝土喷射完成后12h),挖除第一部四周预留的作业面土层,随挖土随修整喧坡,并进行边坡土钉墙混凝土喷 射完居后12h),挖除第一部四周预留的作业面土层,随挖土随修整喧坡,并进行坡土钉墙施工。
4.1.4第一步挖土结束,待土钉墙混凝土达到允许强度后开始第二步
