2  装饰装修工程概况
2.1  外檐装饰
    外墙面为弹涂浅粉色涂料，+6.50m以下至室外地坪为仿蘑菇石饰面板。外窗为塑料钢窗。
2.2  室内装饰
墙面——除厨房、卫生间为釉面砖外，全部为白色耐水腻子，12cm高蓝色踢脚板；
地面——除厨房、卫生间为地砖外，全部为细石砼水泥压光；
顶棚——除间道为矿棉吸音板吊顶板外，其他全部刮白耐水腻子。
2.3  装饰工程特点
    本工程装饰材料档次中档，因此材料本身的质量，尤其在规格、尺寸、颜色、一致性上，从以往经验看，比较难于控制。
本工程的质量目标为“长城杯”工程，目前结构尺寸、外观观感控制已达到预控目标，因此，装饰工程质量，必须克服材料本身带来的施工难度，达到“粗粮细做”，保证观感和实测达到质量预控的目标。

1.3 Construction Conditions
