1、暖卫工程概况
暖卫工程包括给水系统、排水系统、消防系统、雨水系统、空调冷却水系统。
1.1  给水系统
水源为室外给水管网接出—根DN 150引入管，接人大楼地下—层。根据水压，给水竖向分高低两个区，高区为四至十六层，由屋顶水箱供给；低区为地下二层至地上三层，该区利用场区给水管直接供水。
1.2  排水系统
 室内排水系统为污水、废水合流系统，地上部分直接排出室外；首层单独排出室外；地下部分分区设置集水坑汇集地下室污、废水，然后用潜水泵提升排出室外，潜水泵由集水坑水位自动控制；粪便污水经室外化粪池处理后，排人市政管道。
1.3  消防系统
1.3.1  本楼消防系统由消火栓系统、自动喷水灭火系统及气体灭火系统组成。
1.3.2  消火栓系统水源为地下一层的消防水池，其贮水量432m3。平时由屋顶水箱供水，屋顶水箱贮存消防水量18m3。系统上、下成环，除水箱间、变配电间外，其它各层均设有消火栓保护。室外设有三套消防水泵接合器，供消防车向系统供水。
1.3.3  自动喷水灭火系统水源为地下一层的消防水池，自动喷洒用

1.1 Water Supply System
