3.施工部署
根据现场场地及施工安排，基槽开挖及边坡护壁于11月上旬结束，下一步(冬施)将进行垫层施工及基础施工。
3.1  施工准备
3.1.1  冬季施工时间：日平均气温连续5天低于5℃或11月15日，为冬施开始日期；日平均气温连续5天高于5℃或3月15日，为冬施工结束日期。现场应于11月初即开始对大气进行测温，上述两个条件有一个达到即确定为冬施的起、止日期。
3.1.2  根据目前的施工情况，熟悉掌握各部位施工方法，合理安排施工进度，保证把各种费用降到最低点。
3.1.3  通过计算并结合工程特点，根据初冬(11月15日一12月15日)和严冬(12月15日一次年2月底以大气温度不低于—10C为标准)各时期的气温，选用合理的添加剂和保温措施。
3.2  现场准备
3.2.1  根据施工进度计划，材料部门提前组织有关机具、外加剂和保温供暖设备、材料的进场。
3.2.2  对各种加热的设备、保温材料仔细检查其安全可靠性。
3.2.3  工地临时供水管道做好保温防冻工作。
