1、工程概况

工程基础采用满堂红基础，场地为中硬场地土，场地类别II类，底板厚0.9~1.2m，埋深-7.88~-8.48m，建筑物外围尺寸为39.6m×33.2m。
2、施工现场条件
   北京××工程10#、11#住宅楼工程位于北京市××区××大街××号院内，建筑物周围原建筑较多。
   10#北侧为原甲方6#住宅楼（8有居民），5层，高约15m，距离10#楼约16m，10#楼西侧为北京××学院宿舍楼，最高处6层高约20m，距 离10#楼约15m。
