1、工程概况
北京××工程位于××区××路××号，总建筑面积××m2，基地尺寸41.16×43.96m。地下二层，地上十六层，结构型式全现浇框架一筒体结构，±0.000相当绝结标高51.70m，设计室外地坪为-0.45m，基底埋深-10.75m，檐高59.65m，建筑物总高65.40m。
现场试验室设置在施工现场西南角，离建筑物15m左右，便于结构施工相对现场各种材料进行取样，对进场 的混凝土及时进行坍落度测试和试块制作，并及时将试块送入养护室进行养护，基养护室采用自动温湿控制仪控制，保证养护室内标准温湿高。
