一、工程概况
北京××工程位于北京市××区××路××号，总建筑面积××m2，基地尺寸41.16× 43.96m，地下二层，地上十六层，结构形式为全现浇框架一简体结构。±0．000相当于绝对标高51.70m，设计室外地坪—0.45m，基础埋深-10．75m，檐高59.65m，建筑物总高度65.40m。
 本工程垫层厚度100mm；基础为1.5m厚平板筏基，基底标高为-10.75m；地下室外墙厚度为-350mm，内墙厚度为250mm、300mm、350mm、500mm不等，顶板厚为200mm、250mm。
  地下室防水等级为一级，基础底板、外墙采用Ⅱ+III型SBS高聚物改型沥青防水卷材；屋面采用II十111型SBS高聚物改型沥青防水卷材；卫生间防水为1.5mm厚非焦油聚氨酯涂料，周边上卷250mm。
  地上部分外墙为250mm厚陶粒砼砌块，内隔墙均为150mm厚陶粒砼砌块。
2、检验、测量和试验设备的购置
(1)购置前，由计量员提出书面申请，填写购置申请书——式两份，由技术部审批，超过2000元的单件没备，由总工程师批准后方可购买，购置文件交技术部存档，详见图2—1；计量设备购置、检验、使用流程图。
(2)购买时，必须具有《制造计量器具许可证》的厂家生产的，

  Ground part of the wall is 250mm thick concrete block ceramic, ceramic inner walls are 150mm thick concrete block.
2, inspection, measuring and test equipment purchase
