1、工程概况
北京××科研实验大楼工程位于北京市××区××路××号，总建筑面积29052m2，地下二层，地上十六层，结构型式为全现浇框架—简体结构，建筑物檐高59.65m，总高65.40m。
    该工程施工现场狭小，现场内设办公用房和钢筋加工厂、木工棚、成品、半成品及周转材料堆放区域等，将民工生活区设在现场以外。
 该工程工期630天(打桩降水除外)。
 该工程处于北三环与北四环之间，南临××路，为保障施工顺利进行，特将消防保卫放在重点地位，而制订该方案。
2、施工现场消防保卫情况分析
 根据现场临设及施工现场情况，预计本工地消防、保卫重点部位有如下几处，为使工地达到市级文明现场的目标，确保不出现火灾及失窃等事故，特将这几处重点危险区提名到案，加强在施工中的管理。
(1)北京××科研实验大楼工程属全现浇框架一筒体结构高层建筑，施工过程中木材用量较大，大部分施工人员为民工，由于民工对消防知识懂得较少，防火意识差，思想容易麻痹，不定时会出现民工在现场违章吸烟情况，以及施工中的电焊焊花溅落容易发生火灾。
