一． 工程概况
本工程建筑面积约20000平方米，由二个幢号组成商住楼，现浇钢筋砼
十三层框剪结构，结构设计按8度抗震设防。建筑总高约为45米，层高为3米，最大跨为6米。
二． 施工方法
（一） 施工准备
1、模板安装前基本工作：
（1）放线：首先引测建筑的边柱、墙轴线，并以该轴线为起点，引出各条轴线。模板放线时，根据施工图用墨线弹出模板的中心线和边线，墙模板要弹出模板的边线和外侧控制线，以便于模板安装和校正。
（2）用水准仪把建筑水平标高根据实际标高的要求，直接引测到模板安装位置。
（3）模板垫底部位应预先找平，杂物清理干净，以保证模板位置正确，防止模板底部漏浆或砼成形后烂根。
（4）需用的模板及配件对其规格、数量逐项清点检查，未经修复的部件不得使用。
（5）工长事先确定模板的组装设计方案，向施工班组进行技术、质量、安全交底。
（6）经检查合格的模板应按安装程序进行堆放或运输。堆放整齐，底部模板应垫离地面不少10cm.
（7）支承支柱的土壤地面，应事先夯实整平，加铺50厚垫板，并做好防水、排水设置。
（8）模板应涂刷脱模剂。结构表面需作处理的
