加工压制金属板原材料应有生产厂商的质量证明书，对原材料的品质按有关规定做抽样检查，其结果应符合国家现行标准的规定或定货合同的要求。
压型金属板和泛水板、包角板成型后，其基板不得有裂纹。
加工时要避免出现漆模裂纹剥落和露出金属基板等缺陷。

压型金属板后按合同文件的要求包装出厂，包装必须可靠，避免损伤压型金属板。
每个包装箱均应设置标签，标明压型金属板的材质、板型、板厚、板长、板号、数量、和生产日期。
（3）
装卸无外包装的压型金属板时，应采用吊具起吊，严禁直接使用钢丝绳起吊。
压型金属板的长途运输应采用集装箱装载。
用车辆运输无外包装的压型金属板时，应在车上设置衬有橡木胶垫的枕木，其间距不宜大于3000MM。
9.2.3.3现场制作、场内运输与安装
原材料进入现场后，根据货物清单认真检查，如发现任何质量缺陷或数量的短缺，应以书面形式通知制造商。
现场加工与车间预制具有相同的操作工艺和质量要求。
