土建工程施工方案
1、施工测量
建筑物定位放线、高程控制等施工测量均应分别记录测量成果,经业主或监理单位复核认可后,方可进行下道工序施工。
1.1建筑物定位放线
根据业主提供的坐标,用经校验合格的GJ2光学经纬仪采用直角坐标法测设出建筑物平面控制网,并在控制网顶点设置半永久性控制桩,用砼予以保护。根据建筑物施工平面图,用同样方法将主轴线定于控制网上。纵、横向各设2条和4条主轴线,每条轴线为4个标识点,从而形成施工测量控制网,用以作为基础定位放线依据,其误差控在1/2000范围之内。
1.2轴线控制:
根据施工平面图和主轴线,利用经纬仪和钢尺分别用直角坐标法和内分法测定条基中心线,各开间轴线用钢卷尺量定。测设时,按常规方法进行复核,使之闭合差不超过规范规定。
1.3标高控制:
根据建设方给定的水准点,用经校验的DS3水准仪进行高程测设,在拟建房屋周围的原有建筑物阳角引测 ±0.00m控制点,标高传递采用经检定的钢卷尺沿墙角自±0.00M标高向上丈量传递,下部引上标高点不少于3点,对引上的标高用水准仪闭合,作为该标高点,测量成果记录必须及时请建设单位复查签字。
