一、施工方案
1.1工程概况
本工程为XX财富广场，位于XX市XX路，建设规模为XXm2，总用地面积为Xm2共X层，建筑最高处标高为Xm，一层室内外高差为Xm，工程为框架结构，按七度抗震设防。
基础：人工挖孔灌注桩基础，桩基础砼强度等级为C25；桩帽C30，基础梁C35。
主体：框架剪力墙结构，框架抗震等级为三级，，砼强度等级六层-顶层柱、梁、墙、板为C30，二层-六层柱、墙和地下层-六层梁、板为C35；地下室及一层柱、墙为C40。电梯井、楼梯间采用240mm厚MU5粘土空心砖M5混合砂浆砌筑；±0.000以下采用240mm厚MU5粘土空心砖M5水泥砂浆砌筑；内隔墙采用140mm厚MU5混凝土轻质砌块M5混合砂浆砌筑。
外装饰：临街立面外装饰主要为海洋蓝色玻璃幕墙和铝塑板墙面相间，另外三立面外装饰主要为桔黄色进口外墙漆，部分为海洋蓝色玻璃幕墙。
内装饰：楼地面：地下停车场为水泥砂浆找平地面，楼梯间及电梯候梯厅为花岗地面，商场等地面为全瓷地面砖；内墙柱：混合砂浆外刮白色904仿瓷涂料三遍；顶棚：商场及电梯厅为条形金属板吊顶天棚，其它为混合砂浆外刮白色904仿瓷涂料。
门窗：本工程铝合金门窗采有振升90系列及110系列产品，颜色：窗为银白色，采用6厚玻璃，外墙为蓝色镀膜玻璃，室内为白色透明玻璃。所有内外窗为推拉窗。
屋面：本工程屋面为刚、柔性防水屋面，防水等级为Ⅱ级，屋面钢筋混凝土刚性自防水和卷材防水相结合，防水层采用氯化聚乙烯橡胶防水卷材。

1.1 Project Overview
