一　施 工 方 案

1. 1、工程概况
本工程是XX广播电视大学科教楼工程。位于XX市XX广播电视大学校园内。由XX市建筑设计院设计。框架结构，五层楼，建筑物总开间为25.30m，总进深为20.60m，一至四层层高均为3.60m，五层层高为5.00m，室内外高差为－0.45m，房子总高度为19.85m。
 1.1.1、建筑概况
本工程按使用功能划分为：一层有一个建筑面积为318m2的阅读室和一个建筑面积为106 m2的书库；二～四层均是建筑面积为424 m2的教室（电教室），五层为一个多功能厅，建筑物呈长方形与原有办公楼并列布置。
    1 、楼地面
一层阅读室、书库、二～四层电教室、五层多功能厅所有楼、地面均为佛山牌600×600陶瓷地板砖；一～五层卫生间楼地面均为佛山牌200×200陶瓷地板砖；一～五层楼梯间为1：2水泥砂浆抹面，具体施工方法见设计要求98ZJ001-楼1/14。
2 、内墙面
    除卫生间内墙设计为200×300内墙面砖外，其余所有内墙面均按照XX市建筑设计院设计的XX广播电视大学科教楼

    1, Ground Floor
Floor reading room, stack, two to four classrooms and five function rooms of all buildings, ground Foshan cards are 600 × 600 ceramic tile; a ~ five-storey Foshan brand toilet floor are 200 × 200 ceramic floor brick; a five-story stairwell ~ 1:2 cement finishing, concrete construction methods, see the design requirements 98ZJ001-floor, 1 / 14.
2, inner wall
    In addition to interior design bathroom interior wall tile for the 200 × 300, all other city within the walls are in accordance with the XX XX Architectural Design Institute of Radio and TV educational building
