1-1-1工程概况
XX汽车西站工程，建设地点位于XX大道，紧邻XX指挥中心，主楼共七层，裙楼三层，裙楼候车大厅为一椭圆形建筑。本建筑占地面积2547m2，建筑面积为6971m2，建筑主楼最高度为37.70 m，框架结构，框架抗震等级为三级,抗震设防烈度为七度,耐火等级为二级。
本工程各层建筑主要功能分别为：
一层： 椭圆形候车大厅等，层高10.20m；主楼一层为候车厅、总服务台、行包寄存处、男、女厕所，层高为5.40m。
二层：办公室等，层高均为4.20m。
三至七层：客房等，层高均为3.30m。
防水工程：本工程防水等级为Ⅰ级，屋面防水采用屋面钢筋混凝土刚性自防水和卷材防水相结合，防水层采用氯化聚乙烯橡胶共混防水卷材（有保温隔热层），面层为聚氨酯涂料。
大楼外装饰主要为：金花米黄花岗岩、米黄色外墙漆及绿色玻璃幕墙。
内装饰主要为：楼地面：会议室、客房等为水泥砂浆找平地面；厕所、卫生间为防滑陶瓷地砖；候车大厅等为仿金花米黄花岗岩内陶瓷地砖；部分房间为米黄色陶瓷地砖和塑胶活动地板。墙柱：混合砂浆外刮白色乳胶漆，厕所、卫生间为米白色瓷砖。顶棚：混合砂浆外刮白色乳胶漆。
门窗工程：本设计门为高级夹板门、乙级防火门、铝合金门；窗为70系列塑钢推拉窗，防火窗；局部为玻璃幕墙。
本工程采用钢筋混凝土框架结构体系，夯扩桩基础；砌体外围护墙为240mm厚混凝土空心

XX Changsha Western Bus Station engineering, construction, located at XX Boulevard, close to the XX command centers, the main building of seven, three-storey podium, podium waiting room for oval construction. Main outside the building decoration: Golden Flower beige granite, rice yellow paint and green glass curtain wall.
Decorating mainly: building floor: meeting room, rooms, etc. for the cement mortar leveling the ground; toilet, toilet for the non-slip ceramic floor tiles; waiting hall for the imitation of Golden Flower beige granite ceramic tiles; some room for the beige ceramic tiles and plastic raised floor. Qiang Zhu: white latex paint mixed mortar blowing outside, toilet, bathroom tile is white rice. Ceiling: white emulsion paint mixed mortar blowing outside.
Windows and doors project: the design of the door for senior plywood door, B fire doors, aluminum doors; 70 series PVC sliding sash windows, fire windows; local glass curtain wall.
