1. 1、工程概况
    本工程为XX师范学院东院教职工住宅楼（C栋）工程。位于XX市XX师范学院生活区院内，由XX设计有限责任公司设计。建筑面积为5497.7m2,其中四室两厅共36套,每套152.7m2,复式砖混结构，共三个单元，总长为73.54m，宽为14.94m，标准层：六层，层高均为2.80m，架空层为杂物间及车库，层高分别为1.95m和2.55m，檐口高度为18.99m和19.25m。
 1.1.1、建筑概况
本工程为三个单元呈一字型平面布置，每户由四室二厅一厨二厕二阳台组成。
    1 、楼地面：
客厅、卧室、餐厅、阳台、楼梯间地面为水泥砂浆压光，厕、厨为250×250防滑地砖楼面。贮藏间为60mm厚砼地面，水泥砂浆面层，楼梯间踢脚线为水泥砂浆踢脚线。
2 、内墙面、天棚：
    所有天棚均为为水泥砂浆打底,“904”仿瓷涂料三遍。 厕所、卫生间内墙为水泥砂浆打底，面层200×300面砖到顶。其余内

1.1, Project Overview
    This works for the XX Normal University East Hospital Staff Residence Building (C Building) project.
