1、工程概况
本工程为XX市XX大道人行道工程。工程建设地点位于XX经济技术开发区南部，西起XX路，东止XX高速公路连接线，本工程设计起点--终点为：K0+000—K1+810.18南侧，全长1510.18M（不含王家河大桥300M桥面），该人行道宽6M。
 本人行道路工程主要工序为：人工土方；路床平整碾压；机械外运土方；C15砼垫层；广场砖铺装；花岗石铺装；雨花石铺装。
    2、施工部署及管理目标
