一、施工方案
1.1 工程概况
(1) 工程名称：XX乡人民政府综合楼
(2) 工程地点：XX乡人民政府院内
(3) 工程规模及功能分区：总建筑面积为6145m2，层数为六层，房屋高度为21.6m。各层使用功能如下：
一层∽二层：门面
三层∽六层：住宅
(4) 结构设计：基础为振动灌注桩基础、六层砖混、按七度抗震烈度设防，楼板除楼梯间、卫生间、厕所、客厅等为现浇板外，其余均为预应力空心板，砌体结构采用Mu10粘土砖、一至三层为M10混合砂浆、四至五层为M7.5混合砂浆、六层以上为M5混合砂浆，砼结构强度等级情况如下：
基础采用C20砼
现浇柱、梁、板除一至三层采用C30砼外，以上均为C20砼
现浇构造柱、圈梁采用C20砼
钢筋级别为Ⅰ、Ⅱ级。
(5) 屋面防水：刚性防水
(6) 建筑装饰
外墙：采用外墙漆
室内地面为水泥砂浆、内墙为混合砂浆。
1.2 施工部署
1.2.1 施工管理目标

施工工期：确保160天竣工交付使用。

1.1 Project Overview
