一、施工方案
1-1工程概况、条件及特点
1-1- 1工程概况
XX工程，建设地点位于X，整个建筑呈一个“X”字形，主楼共X层，第X层屋顶为水箱间、设备用房及电梯机房等，建筑占地面积3100m2，建筑面积为19200 m2，总床位数为500床。建筑高度23.90 m，框架抗震等级为三级,抗震设防烈度为七度,耐火等级为一级,屋面防水等级为一级，工程设计年限为50年。在一层门厅南向入口设有一个“八”字弧形斜坡道，建筑物内设有三台电梯，均为客梯兼消防电梯，同时考虑残疾人使用需要。
本工程各层建筑功能分别为：
一层：病房、卫生间、出院结算中心、入院登记中心、急诊室、治疗室、医生办公室等，层高3.60m；
二至六层：病房、卫生间、医生办公室、治疗室等，层高均为3.30m；
屋顶层：屋顶为水箱间、设备用房及电梯机房等，层高3.30m。
防水工程：本工程防水等级为Ⅰ级，屋面防水采用屋面钢筋混凝土刚性自防水和卷材防水相结合，防水层采用三元乙丙橡胶防水卷材（有保温隔热层），面贴陶瓷地砖。
大楼外装饰主要为：外墙漆。
内装饰主要为：楼地面：水泥砂浆找平地面；内墙柱：混合砂浆外刮白色904仿瓷涂料三遍；顶棚：混合砂浆外刮白色904仿瓷涂料三遍。
本工程采用钢筋混凝土框架结构体系，独立柱基础和部分人工挖孔桩基础；管道井、电梯井、楼梯间采用240mm厚MU10粘土砖M5混合砂浆砌筑；±0.000以下采用240mm厚MU10粘土砖M5水泥砂浆砌筑；内隔墙采用140mm厚MU7.5混凝土空心砌块M7.5混合砂浆砌筑。
本工程钢筋采用Ⅰ--Ⅱ级钢筋，钢筋接头优先采用焊接，焊接时优先采用闪光对焊，二级钢筋焊接采用E43焊条；

Main outside the building decoration: outside wall paint.
