1.工程概况
本工程分为奥运村地下工程,设二层地下室,地下室建筑面积为30375m2,基础埋深约10米。本工程位置临海,所处水位较高且水量较大。工程采用混凝土自防水和外卷材防水两道设防,其中外防水采用外防外贴聚氯乙烯PVC高分子复合卷材(晨成牌)作为防水材料,防水范围为底板、顶板、侧墙全部砼结构,总防水面积约为40000m2。
卷材防水工程工期及进度安排同《施工组织设计大纲》。该工程工期紧,防水施工面节点及错台多,施工复杂,项目部必须精细施工

1. Project Overview
