1.工程概况
本工程分为奥运村地下工程，设二层地下室，地下室建筑面积为30375m2，基础埋深约10米。本工程位置临海，所处水位较高且水量较大。工程采用混凝土自防水和外卷材防水两道设防，其中外防水采用外防外贴聚氯乙烯PVC高分子复合卷材（晨成牌）作为防水材料，防水范围为底板、顶板、侧墙全部砼结构，总防水面积约为40000m2。
